Currently, I do not work with insurance, however at the end of each of month I can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a comprehensive invoice that details the services provided, including relevant diagnosis codes and my information as your provider. You can use this superbill to submit claims to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, making it a useful document for managing healthcare costs. If you have any questions about the superbill or the payment process, please do not hesitate to reach out.

My office is located adjacent to the Olympic Sculpture Park to the south and Myrtle Edwards Waterfront Park to the west. There is plenty of metered parking available on the surrounding streets for your convenience. I recommend using the PayByPhone app for easy parking during your visit. The app allows you to pay from your phone and extend your time if needed.
